Shimek Speedway is a 1/7 mile, high banked dirt oval featuring go-kart races every Saturday night. Shimek Speedway is located 3 miles east of Famington, Iowa on the south side of Highway 2. Coming from the east, the track is 7 miles west of Donnellson, Iowa on Highway 2. Please watch for the Shimek Speedway sign at the private road that goes to the track.
